  The selection process for UCSL Executive Trainees Recruitment 2025 is rigorous and consists of two phases to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.Phase I: Objective Type Online Test

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Format: 60 multiple-choice questions
  • Mark Distribution:
    • Subject-based questions: 40 marks
    • English Language: 5 marks
    • Numerical Ability: 5 marks
    • Reasoning Ability: 5 marks
    • General Awareness: 5 marks
  • Test Centers: Conducted in Karnataka, with centers allocated based on the number of applications.

    • Unreserved/EWS candidates: 50% of total marks
    • OBC candidates: 45% of total marks (for reserved posts)

  Phase II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview

  • Location: Conducted at UCSL, Malpe, Karnataka, or through electronic media as decided by UCSL.
  • Components:
    • Group Discussion (GD): Assesses communication and teamwork skills.
    • Writing Skills: Tests written communication and analytical abilities.
    • Personal Interview: Evaluates technical knowledge, experience, and fit for the role.

  Candidates who score the minimum passing marks in Phase I will be shortlisted for Phase II based on their performance in the online test. Final selection will be based on the combined performance in both phases, followed by certificate verification and medical fitness checks.
