Qualification

• PGPT Apprentice:
  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by AICTE/UGC.
  • Degree must be completed by 11 September 2025.
• PDPT Apprentice:
  • Three-year Diploma in Engineering in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by AICTE/UGC.
  • Diploma must be completed by 11 September 2025.

How to Apply

• How to Apply Online for ECL Recruitment 2025

  The application process is conducted through the NATS portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Enroll on NATS Portal: Visit nats.education.gov.in and complete student enrollment if not already registered.
  2. Log In: Use your NATS credentials to log in.
  3. Search for ECL Opportunity: Navigate to “Establishment Requests” and select “Eastern Coalfields Limited” or search by Notification No. ECL/HRD/DIS/2025/511.
  4. Fill Application Form: Enter personal, educational, and contact details accurately.
  5. Upload Documents: Submit scanned copies of:
     • Degree/Diploma certificates and mark sheets
     • NATS enrollment proof
     • Caste certificate (if applicable)
     • Passport-size photograph (JPG, <200 KB)
     • Signature (JPG, <200 KB)
     • ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
  6. Submit Application: Review all details and submit the form.
  7. Save Confirmation: Download and print the application confirmation for future reference.

  Application Fee: There is no application fee for any category, making the process accessible to all eligible candidates.

  Interested candidate are advised to register himself on National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and opt ECL on or before 11-09-2025 as FTP (Facilitate Training & Placement) module (which is used for issuing award/call letters for apprenticeship placements) will be done after 11-09-2025.
