    1. Visit the Official Website: Go to uppsc.up.nic.in and navigate to the “Recruitment” or “Apply Online” section.
    2. Complete OTR: Register on the UPPSC OTR portal (otr.pariksha.nic.in) to obtain a unique OTR number. Provide details such as name, mobile number, email ID, and other required information.
    3. Download the Notification PDF: Locate Advertisement No. A-5/E-1/2025 and download the notification for reference.
    4. Log In and Apply: Use the OTR number to log in. Select the UPPSC TGT Recruitment 2025 application link and fill out the form with personal, educational, and contact details.
