  The Panipat Court Stenographer Recruitment 2025 requires candidates to apply offline. Below is a step-by-step guide to the application process:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to panipat.dcourts.gov.in and navigate to the “Recruitment” section.
  2. Download the Application Form: Locate the link for the “Stenographer Grade-III Offline Form 2025” and download the application form in PDF format.
  3. Fill the Application Form: Complete the form with accurate details, including personal information, educational qualifications, and contact details. Ensure that the name, date of birth, and parents’ names match the details in the Matriculation certificate.
  4. Attach Required Documents: Include self-attested copies of the following documents:
     • Proof of age (Matriculation/SSC certificate or birth certificate).
     • Educational qualification certificates (Graduation degree, Matriculation certificate).
     • Proof of stenography proficiency (if applicable).
     • Two passport-size photographs.
  5. Prepare the Envelope: Write “Application for the Post of Stenographer Grade-III (Adhoc Basis)” on the envelope containing the application form.
  6. Submit the Application: Send the completed application form and documents to the following address by July 25, 2025:
     • Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Judicial Court Complex, District Courts, G.T. Road, Panipat – 132103, Haryana.
