Qualification

• Assistant Manager (Grade A) – General Stream:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Economics) from a recognized university or institute.
  • Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), or professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, or CMA are eligible.
  • Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation are eligible, provided they submit their final mark sheet and degree certificate at the time of the interview.
  • Proficiency in basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Manager (Grade B) – General and Specialist Streams:
  • A Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Economics) or a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, or CMA.
  • Additional work experience in banking, finance, or related fields may be required for Specialist Stream posts (Legal and IT).
