Candidates must have passed 10+2/XII (Intermediate) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Candidates with a Matriculation (10th) and a 3 year diploma from a government-recognized institution are also eligible.
Typing Proficiency- Candidates must demonstrate a typing speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (using Font “Mangal” or “KrutiDev010” for Hindi typing).
Computer Proficiency- Proficiency in computer typing and usage as per Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) norms is mandatory.
