The UKPSC Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services Examination-2024 follows a three-tiered selection process:

1. Preliminary Examination: This objective-type exam tests your knowledge on General Studies, Mental Ability, and Hindi Language.
2. Main Examination: This stage consists of written exams specific to the chosen post. The subjects and syllabus will vary depending on the position you're applying for.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the Main Examination will be called for an interview to assess their personality, communication skills, and suitability for the role.

• Unresever / OBC & EWS from Uttarakhand : 150.00 + 22.30 = Rs. 172.30
• SC/ST from Uttarakhand : 60.00 + 22.30 = Rs. 82.30/-
• PwD from Uttarakhand : Rs 22.30/-
• Orphans : No Fee

1. Please read the instructions given below very carefully in order to fill the Application Form for the above mentioned examination.

2. Candidates are hereby informed that all the certificates of their eligibility and documents should be dated either prior to the date of publishing of the given advertisement or up to the last date of the Advertisement.
   अभ्यर्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनकी पात्रता और दस्तावेजों के सभी प्रमाण-पत्र दिए गए विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन की तिथि से पहले या विज्ञापन की अंतिम तिथि तक के हो।

4. Candidates should use their Mobile number and E-mail ID for Registration. One Mobile number and One E-mail ID can be used only once.
   अभ्यर्थियों को पंजीकरण के लिए अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग करना चाहिए। एक मोबाइल नंबर और एक ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग केवल एक बार ही किया जा सकता है
5. After registering, the candidate should always keep their E-mail ID and Password secure.Candidature of candidates feeding false information would be treated as Cancelled and would be liable to be debarred from future exams conducted by UKPSC.
   अभ्यर्थी पंजीकरण करने के बाद हमेशा अपना ई-मेल आईडी और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। गलत जानकारी देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का अभ्यर्थन रद्द माना जाएगा एवं यू0के0पी0एस0सी द्वारा भविष्य में करायी जाने वाली परीक्षाओं से वंचित होने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
6. Information filled in the Application Form of the candidate will be considered as Final.
   अभ्यर्थी द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र में भरी गई जानकारी को अंतिम माना जाएगा।
7. Candidates are advised to note their Registration Number, as it is essential for further processing and future logins.
   अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपना पंजीकरण नंबर नोट करें, क्योंकि यह आगे की प्रक्रिया और भविष्य के लॉग-इन के लिए आवश्यक है।
8. Candidates have to upload their scanned recent colour passport size photograph with the dimensions (150W x 200H px) & signature with the dimensions (150W x 100H) px in JPG/JPEG format only.
   अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी स्कैन की गई नवीनतम रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटोग्राफ का आयाम (150W x 200H px) और हस्ताक्षर का आयाम (150W x 100H px) को जे0पी0जी0/जे0पी0ई0जी0 प्रारूप में अपलोड करना होगा।
9. Candidates can make payment for the application form only by credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI etc.
   आवेदन-पत्र के लिए भुगतान केवल क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/नेट बैंकिंग / यू पी आई आदि से कर सकते हैं।

11. If more than one submitted Application is filled by a candidate using same or different Email-Id and mobile number, his or her candidature would cancelled.
    यदि एक उम्मीदवार द्वारा एक ही या भिन्न ईमेल-आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करके एक से अधिक सबमिट किए गए आवेदन भरे जाते हैं, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
