  • Assistant Commissioner (Post Code -1010) : Must possess any Degree
  • District Educational Officer (Post Code - 2062) : A Master’s Degree

• Mode of Selection :

  The TNPSC CCSE selection process is multi-tiered:

  1. Preliminary Examination: This objective-type exam tests your General Tamil, General English, General Knowledge (including History, Indian Polity & Economy, Current Affairs, Science & Technology), Aptitude & Mental Ability Tests, and Mathematics (optional for Assistant Commissioner).
  2. Main Written Examination: Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be called for the main written exam, which will be specific to the chosen post (Assistant Commissioner or District Educational Officer).
  3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the main written exam will be called for an interview to assess their suitability for the role

  • One Time Registration Fee: ₹150/-
