RCF Recruitment 2023 for Engagement of Apprentices for under the Apprentices Act 1961
In India, theIndian Railways engages Act Apprentices for training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The aim is to provide on-the-job training to individuals who are interested in pursuing careers in the technical and non-technical fields within the Indian Railways. The training program typically lasts for a period of one to four years, and apprentices are provided with a stipend during their training. The selection process for Act Apprentices is conducted through exams and interviews, and candidates who successfully complete their training may be considered for permanent employment in the Indian Railways.
Online applications are invited in the prescribed format for the engagement of 550 Act-Apprentices for imparting training in the Technical Training Centre, Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, for the following trades. The eligible candidates can register their applications online on the prescribed proforma on the authorized website www.rct.indianrailways.gov.in of Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala by 04.03.2023 upto 24.00 hours.
