The Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) announced a ray of hope for aspiring teachers in the state. On March 11, 2024, they released a short notification for the recruitment of teachers to fill up 2629 District Cadre posts in government schools under the ST & SC Development, Minority & Backward Classes Welfare Departments. This is a significant recruitment drive aimed at bolstering the teaching force in Odisha's government schools.
