RRC Recruitment 2025: How to Apply

Visit the website of the RRC/SWR - www.rrchubli.in
First, carefully read all the instructions given in the employment notification before filling the online application form.
The path is as follows: About Us > RRC/SWR > Notification > ‘Notification for Recruitment against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) in Level-5/4, Level-3/2 and Level-1 posts for the year 2025-26’. Click on “New Registration” for registering.
Login with Registration Number and Password.
Fill up details and upload the latest/recent photograph, signature, documents (i.e., Educational Qualification, certificate for proof of Date of Birth, Sports achievement certificates, caste certificate etc. Certificates should be self-attested.
Click on “Examination Fee” and continue to pay
1. Select payment category and enter all the required information and Click on “Next”
2. Verify the payment details and click on “Next”
3. Choose the payment option from the available options and perform the transaction
4. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt with the date entered by the candidate will be generated which should be saved/printed and retained by the candidate and may be secured till recruitment process is completed.
5. If the online transaction is not successfully completed, please make payment online again.

RRC Recruitment 2025: Selection Method

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

For this Recruitment, all eligible candidates will be called for the trials.Trials of the eligible candidates shall be conducted to assess the sports performance and suitability.
The dates for trials will be notified later and published in the RRC website. The trials will be held at Hubballi/Bengaluru/Mysuru or at any other notified places as decided by the Administration. While all out efforts will be made to inform the candidates well in advance, the candidates are cautioned that they may have to appear in the selection trials at short notice. The candidates are advised to regularly check the website for information in this regard.
Candidates should note that they are required to produce the originals of all documents uploaded with online applications pertaining to educational qualification, caste, sports achievements, date of birth, minority income certificate and proof of identity viz. PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence etc. on the day of document verification and on the day trials failing which, the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the trials.
Any request for change in dates/venue for trials etc. will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Distribution of Marks:

Trial Committee shall give its recommendation in terms of either FIT or NOT FIT, for consideration for next stage of recruitment process, by giving marks (maximum 40 marks), as per the criteria given in Noice Artical No: 7B (a)
After the trials, only the FIT candidates will be considered for the next stage of recruitment process. Candidates declared ‘NOT FIT’ in the trials will not be considered for further process of recruitment.
Maximum marks which can be awarded for performance during Trials and next stage, shall be as given in Noice Artical No: 7B (c)

Minimum qualifying Marks

Level-5/4 (Grade Pay 2800/2400) - 70 Marks
Level-3/2 (Grade Pay 2000/1900) - 65 Marks
Level-1 (Grade Pay 1,800) 60 - Marks
