Eligibility Criteria: Education

• District Administrative Officer: Master Degree in Any Subject from Any Recognized University in India.
• Labour Enforcement Officer: Bachelor degree with Economics OR Sociology or commerce and Post Graduate Diploma OR Post graduate Degree in Law / Labour relation / Labor welfare / Labor Law / Commerce / Sociology / Social work / Social welfare / Trade Management / Personnel Management.
• Food Safety Officer FSO: Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Sciences or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine.
• Assistant Director/ District Audit Officer/ Senior Lecturer, Local Fund Audit Department, Uttar Pradesh: Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• Sub Registrar: Bachelor Degree in Law from Any Recognized University in India. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• District Health Education and Information Officer: Bachelor Degree in Sociology OR Social Science and PG Diploma in Health Education.
• Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar (Cooperative): Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce OR Agriculture. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• District Audit Officer/ Assistant Director, Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit: Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com from Any Recognized University in India. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• Assistant Labour Commissioner: Master Degree in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, Law Labour Relations, Labour Welfare , Labour Laws, Sociology, Commerce, Social Work / Welfare, Business Management, Personnel Management.
• Assistant Commissioner , Industries (Enforcement): Master Degree in Arts, Science, OR Commerce OR Technology OR Bachelor Degree in Textile. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• Assistant Research Officer: Master Degree in Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry from Any Recognized University in India.
• Assistant Prosecution Officer (Transport): Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB 3 year / 5 Year) from Any Recognized University in India. Working Knowledge of Hindi Written in Devanagari Script.
• Technical Assistant (Chemistry): Master Degree in Chemistry with 50% Marks.

How to Apply Online / Offline

Step 1# One-Time Registration (OTR)

• Visit the official website - uppsc.up.nic.in.
• Click on the “One-Time Registration (OTR)” link under the “Activity Dashboard.”
• Register by providing basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and educational qualifications.
• Upon successful registration, you will receive an OTR number and password. Keep these credentials safe, as they are mandatory for all future UPPSC applications.

Step 2# Access the Application Form

• Log in using your OTR number and password.
• Navigate to the “Apply Online” section and select “Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2025.”
• Click on the “Apply” button to start filling out the application form.

Step 3# Fill in Personal and Educational Details

• Enter your personal information (name, gender, category, etc.), contact details, and educational qualifications.
• Specify your preferred exam center and post preferences, if applicable.

Step 4# Upload Documents

• Upload a scanned photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, taken on a white background) and signature in JPEG format.
• Ensure the file size adheres to the specifications mentioned in the notification (usually 20-50 KB).

Step 5# Pay the Application Fee

• The application fee varies by category
• Payment can be made online via debit/credit card, net banking, or offline through an SBI e-challan.
• Verify the payment status after submission.

Step 6# Submit and Print

• Review all entered details carefully in the preview section.
• Click “Submit” to finalize your application.
• Download and print the completed application form for future reference.

Step 7# Make Corrections (if Needed)

• If you need to modify your application, log in before April 2, 2025, and use the correction facility provided by UPPSC.
