The application process for SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2025 is entirely online and must be completed through the official application portal. Follow these steps to apply:

1. Visit the Official Application Portal: Go to https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbijajul25/ or visit bank.sbi and navigate to the “Careers” section.
2. Register Online: Click on the “Apply Online” link and select “New Registration.” Provide basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number to generate a registration number and password.
3. Fill the Application Form: Log in using the registration credentials and complete the application form with personal, educational, and other required details.
4. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm), signature, and other required documents (e.g., educational certificates, ID proof, caste certificate if applicable).
5. Pay the Application Fee:
   • General/OBC/EWS: ₹750 (application fee + intimation charges)
   • SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempt from the application fee
   • Payment can be made online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
6. Review and Submit: Verify all details, submit the application, and save/print the confirmation for future reference.

Note: The last date to apply and pay the application fee is 26th August 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Selection Process

SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection process for SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2025 is rigorous and consists of two main stages:

1. Preliminary Examination:
   • Mode: Online
   • Type: Objective
   • Sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability
   • Duration: 1 hour
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Qualifying Nature: Marks obtained in the Preliminary Exam are not counted for the final merit list but are used to shortlist candidates for the Main Examination.
2. Main Examination:
   • Mode: Online
   • Type: Objective
   • Sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude
   • Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes
   • Total Marks: 200
   • Merit List: Marks obtained in the Main Examination are used to prepare the final merit list.
3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
   • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state/UT they are applying for.
   • Those who have studied the local language at the 10th/12th level are exempt from the LPT.
   • Candidates who fail the LPT will be disqualified.

The final selection is based on the Main Examination scores, subject to qualifying the Language Proficiency Test. There is no interview stage for this recruitment.
