How to Apply

  • HARTRON Data Entry Operator (DEO) Recruitment 2025: HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

    The online registration/filling of application forms by the applicants will consist of two steps.

    1. Step –I Registration:
      • Applicant is required to apply online through Website hartron.org.in .  No other means/mode of submission of applications including manual/paper will be accepted under any circumstances.
      • Applicant can register and apply online from anywhere through the internet.
      • Applicant is required to have a valid personal active email ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/her new email ID before applying online. It should be kept active during the entire process.
      • Fill the registration form with all the required details. The relevant reservation category, if applicable may be selected while filling up the online application form for which the candidate has the supporting documents as on last date of submission of application.
      • Applicant is not allowed to edit/update information after submiting the registration form. For every successful registration, system will allot a unique Registratinon Number and the applicant can take a Print Out of the same for future reference.
      • If an applicant is applying for different category and different job work place, then multiple regisration is required.
    2. Step-II  Applying Online:
      • After completion of Registration, applicant can apply online with  Registration Number and Date of birth.
      • Before applying online, applicant must have a scanned copy of recent passport size photograph and signature. Size of the scanned photograph and signature should be less than 100kb. The scanned photograph/signature must be in .jpg or .gif  format only.
      • Applicant should fill up all required information in the online form correctly. Applicant will see his/her application form summary under PREVIEW option . Before submission of fee, applicant should check his/her details and make necessary corrections, under option Edit/Update . After ensuring the correctness of  the particulars of the application form, applicant is required to pay fee through the payment gateway integrated with the application by following the instructions available on the screen.

        • Genral(Female) of Haryana/ all categories including reserved of other states:- ₹177/-*
        • Male/Female of Haryana belong to SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM:- ₹89/-*
        • Personal With Disability of Haryana:- NIL
        • *Bank Charges:- Debit Card:Nil, Credit Card: Nil, UPI: Nil,  Internet Banking: Ranging between Rs 10 to 20.
    3. No editing in the application allowed after making payment.
    4. Fee at any stage is not refundable.

    PAY FEE OPTION

    • In case of  non-payment of fee/payment failure, the applicant can pay the fee using Pay Fee option. This option will only be availabe till the last date of submission of applicaition form.
    • In case applicant paid the fee and the same does not reflect as paid fee, then it will take minimum 3 working days to confirm the payment.

    RE-PRINT OPTION

    •  If the applicant is unable to get the printout of the application form after successfully completing the Fee process then applicant can re-print the Application Form using  Registration No. and Date of Birth.

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Please bring the Application Form printout, Aadhar Card , original Identity Proof alongwith original  relevant certificates & photocopies at the time of test.  Do not send the Application Form printout by post/courier or any other source.
    • If the Signature/Photograph of the Applicant did not match at the time of test then the form will be rejected straight away.
    • In case the applicant fails to deposit the fee, his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
    • Candidates may download the e-admit card from the website. No indivudual communication will be sent to the applicants regarding the date of test.
    • Rescheduling of Exam date & Time will not be done under any circumstances.
    • The application system is not checking your eligibility while submission. Hence you are required to ensure your eligibility w.r.t our detailed advertisement before applying. Mere submission of application will not gurantee the candidature for  further process.
    • Merely clearing the test and making it to the panel, doesn't guarantee deployment. The Candidate shall be deployed on receipt of confirmed requirement from indenting organization.
    • In case same Computer Professinal cleared the tests and taken on panel in multiple districts, he/she will inform his/her preferred district for deployment and accordingly, he/she will be deployed only once in the preferred district and his/her name shall be removed from the panel of other Districts.
