• JSO (Physics/Ballistics): M.Sc. in Physics, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or Forensic Science (with Physics or Mathematics as a subject at the B.Sc. level).
• JSO (Biology): M.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, Anthropology, Human Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Forensic Science (with Zoology or Botany at the B.Sc. level).
• JSO (Chemistry): M.Sc. in Chemistry, Toxicology, or Forensic Science (with Chemistry at the B.Sc. level).
• JSO (Cyber Forensics): M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Forensic Science, or B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence.
• JSO (Documents): M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or Forensic Science with relevant undergraduate subjects.
• JSO (Fingerprint): M.Sc. in Forensic Science or related fields with training in fingerprint analysis.
• JSO (Lie Detection): M.Sc. in Psychology, Criminology, or Forensic Science with relevant experience.
• JSO (Photo): M.Sc. in Forensic Science or a degree with specialized training in forensic photography.
• JSO (HRD/QC): M.Sc. in Forensic Science or a related field with experience in quality control or training.

How to Apply Online / Offline

Offline Application Process

1. Download the Application Form:
   • Visit the official FSL Delhi website (fsl.delhi.gov.in) or the Delhi government portal (portal.delhi.gov.in).
   • Locate the recruitment notification for JSO 2025 under the “Vacancy” section.
   • Download the prescribed application form attached to the notification.
2. Fill in the Details:
   • Complete the application form with accurate details, including:
     • Post applied for (e.g., JSO Biology, JSO Cyber Forensics).
     • Personal information (name, date of birth, contact details).
     • Educational qualifications (degree, institution, year of passing).
     • Work experience (organization, duration, role).
     • Category (General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.).
   • Ensure all information matches the supporting documents.
3. Attach Required Documents:
   • Self-attested photocopies of:
     • Educational certificates (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, etc.).
     • Experience certificates from previous employers.
     • Age proof (birth certificate, Aadhaar card, etc.).
     • Category certificate (if applicable).
     • Identity proof (Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, etc.).
   • Recent passport-sized photographs as specified.
4. Submit the Application:
   • Send the duly filled application form along with documents to: The Principal Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi-110085.
   • Applications can be submitted physically or via registered post.
   • Ensure the application reaches by April 24, 2025, 6:00 PM, as late submissions will not be accepted.
5. Retain Copies:
