How to Apply Online for APSC Recruitment 2025

The application process for the APSC Recruitment 2025 is entirely online and must be completed through the official APSC recruitment portal (apscrecruitment.in). Follow these step-by-step instructions to apply:

Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)

1. Visit the official APSC recruitment portal at apscrecruitment.in.

2. Click on the “Register Here” link to create an account.

3. Provide basic details, including your name, phone number, and a valid, active email address.

4. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature in the specified format.

5. Complete the OTR process and note down your login credentials.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

1. Log in to the portal using your registered email and password.

2. Navigate to the “Apply Section” and select the Junior Engineer (Civil) post under Advt. No. 14/2025.

3. Enter personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience, if applicable.

4. Upload required documents, including:

   • Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate

   • Diploma certificate and mark sheets

   • Age proof (Class X/XII certificate)

   • Category certificate (if claiming reservation)

   • PwBD certificate (if applicable)

   • NOC (for government employees)

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

• The application fee varies by category and includes a processing fee of Rs. 40 + 18% tax (Rs. 47.20). The category-wise fee structure is:

  • General/Unreserved: Rs. 297.20

  • OBC/MOBC: Rs. 197.20

  • SC/ST/BPL/PwBD: Rs. 47.20

• Payment can be made online via Net Banking, Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI.

• Candidates claiming fee relaxation must upload valid certificates (e.g., Caste, BPL, or PwBD certificate).

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 4: Submission and Confirmation

1. Review all details in the application form carefully.

2. Check the declaration box and click “Submit.”

3. Upon successful submission, an auto-generated email confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.

4. Download and print the final application form for future reference.

Important Notes

• Submit only one application per candidate. In case of multiple submissions, the application with the higher Application Number, complete with the fee, will be considered.

• Candidates facing payment issues can use the “Validate Payment” option or contact the GRAS helpline (1800-212-11-88-66) or APSC support (apsc-asm@nic.in).

• Applicants without access to debit cards or internet banking can visit Common Service Centers (CSCs) to complete the application process.
